Wealthlink the platform integration of choice for our clients’ investments and pensions

We recommend that our clients use the Wealthlink platform integration for their investments and pensions because it enhances client service and reduces costs.

Wealthlink was created in 2023 as a partnership between Intelliflo and the SS&C Hubwise investment platform. Over 50 firms are already using Wealthlink, and we are proud to be one of them. It provides a highly efficient, secure, and cost-effective way to manage our clients’ investments via its deep integration with our Intelliflo CRM (customer relationship management system).

Intelliflo is the largest CRM system in the UK, it is used by the majority of UK Advisers, and it has operations in Australia and elsewhere. It provides easy access for our clients to their accounts by logging in using the Intelliflo Personal Finance Portal where they have immediate access to everything that we can see. With the integration to Wealthlink that includes their investments, their valuations, their additions, withdrawals, documents, reports, and so on.

There is no need for clients to log into a separate provider’s platform to see their information or view documents because everything is contained within their PFP account. As a client you are in control, if you change your email address, or any of your details in your PFP account your provider immediately knows, you don’t have to inform multiple locations.

For Interface Financial Planning we do not have to key your information into another platform because it is immediately connected from your PFP account. This increases efficiency, saves time, improves accuracy, and eliminates keying errors. With less administration for us to do account opening and making changes reduces time significantly, accounts can be opened in as little as 20 minutes whereas other providers can often take days.

If you want to withdraw some funds, make an addition, make a change to your account, all you have to do is send a secure message via PFP and you can watch us implement your request and monitor the change as it happens. If a change happens to your portfolio you don’t have to wait, you can watch it all happening in real-time.

By this stage you will have guessed – the increased efficiency and saving of time reduces costs and your charges are one of the lowest available with platform fees starting at 0.15% and reducing on a tiered basis to 0.05% for portfolios over £1 million.

Wealthlink has been created to make the administration easier for you and the advice process more efficient, it reduces costs, and it improves client service, there is no paper involved and the use of electronic signatures reduces the risk of fraud and data protection issues.

One of the primary advantages to you is that we can spend less time on your administration and more time reviewing your portfolio and your financial goals, all while reducing risks associated with manual data entry.

One of our clients recently asked if there was a Wealthlink App and it is important to note that Wealthlink is not a standalone platform but a deep integration between Intelliflo and SS&C Hubwise. There is no need for a separate SS&C App because Wealthlink is totally integrated  and you can view everything within PFP, (an SS&C App does exist but this if for investors who are not using Wealthlink).

In Summary What you get from Wealthlink:

Lower Platform Fees: Starting at 0.15% and reducing to 0.5% for larger portfolios

Reduced Administrative Risk: No rekeying errors – you are in control of your own data

Fast Service & Implementation: Investments and changes take place in real time

Open Architecture: Wealthlink provides you with access to a massive range of over 3000 UK funds and external DFMs (discretionary investment managers). Hence using the Wealthlink Platform does not restrict your investment choice it may even be enlarged, and this means that we can provide you with access to much more, with little administration, and at a lower cost.

Tax Efficiency: It supports all standard UK tax wrappers, including SIPPs, ISAs, JISAs, and General Investment Accounts (GIAs).

Fractional Trading: Allows for more precise rebalancing of your portfolio.

Improved Transparency: You get a consolidated view of your wealth through the Personal Finance Portal (PFP), where you can track valuations and make progress toward your goals using any device of your choosing.

Find out for yourself, why not ask Google AI the following: “How do the Wealthlink investment platform charges compare with other adviser led platforms?”

Yes, you are going to find some Do it Yourself D2C platforms with lower charges but always ask yourself the same question that you should ask with any financial transaction whether you are buying a new household gadget, booking a holiday, or choosing an investment platform:

“Am I more concerned about price or value?”

When you use Wealthlink I can assure you that you are getting the best value available.

SS&C Hubwise

Your investments, explained: Frequently asked questions

Helping you understand how your money is being managed and kept safe

A platform is a secure, digital service that allows your financial adviser to access all of your investments and pensions in one place. Rather than having multiple accounts scattered across different providers, a platform brings everything together, making it easier to track, manage and grow your wealth.

Your money and investments are held by SS&C Hubwise, specifically through its regulated entity Hubwise Securities Limited (FCA registration number 502619). SS&C Hubwise acts as a custodian – the organisation legally responsible for holding and safeguarding your assets.

Yes, very much so. SS&C Hubwise is part of SS&C Technologies, a global business founded in 1986, headquartered in the United States, and listed on the NASDAQ stock exchange. It administers over $2 trillion in assets globally.

In the UK specifically, SS&C Hubwise administers over £19 billion of customer assets on behalf of around 43,000 investors and is trusted by over 140 financial advice firms. SS&C Financial Services International is also rated 5A.1 by Dun & Bradstreet, representing the lowest risk of business failure.

Yes. SS&C Hubwise is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the UK’s independent financial regulator. This means it must meet rigorous standards around how it operates, handles client money, and keeps your assets safe.

intelliflo office, the UK’s leading practice management software, is the technology your financial adviser uses to run their business – it helps them maintain your financial plan, manage your records, and carry out their work efficiently. wealthlink is a feature within intelliflo office that connects directly to the SS&C Hubwise investment platform. This means your adviser can open accounts, make investment changes, and manage your portfolio all from within one system, without needing to re-enter your details multiple times. For you, this means a faster service, and a more joined-up experience.

Your adviser uses intelliflo’s software to manage your financial plan, and your investment assets are held by SS&C Hubwise. Both organisations operate under strict data protection and regulatory obligations. The connection between the two systems is designed to be seamless and secure so that data passes between them electronically, removing the need for manual handling which can introduce risk.

SS&C Hubwise supports a wide range of investment wrappers and account types, including

  • ISA (Individual Savings Account) – tax-efficient investing
  • JISA (Junior ISA) – investing for under-18s
  • SIPP (Self-Invested Personal Pension) – a flexible personal pension
  • General Investment Account (GIA) – for investments outside of tax wrappers
  • Onshore and Offshore Bonds – for additional tax or inheritance planning

The platform provides access to over 8,000 funds, listed securities and exchange-traded funds.

No. SS&C Hubwise is an independent company with no vested interest in where your money is invested. Investment decisions are made solely by your financial adviser, based on what is suitable for your individual goals and circumstances. The platform simply provides the tools to implement those decisions.

Yes. To keep track of how your investments are performing and what they are worth, log in to your secure and personalised client portal, also known as the personal finance portal, here: https://interface.gb.pfp.net/

Your first point of contact should always be your financial adviser. They are responsible for the advice they give you and for managing your investments in line with your goals.
